  1. Credit Note: In instances where neither an exchange nor a new purchase aligns with your preferences, we're happy to issue a credit note for the purchase amount. This credit note can be used for future shopping with Kargha.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items purchased during “End Of Season Sale”. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


All items with or without manufacturing defects are subject to exchange. Inturn, a customer has to purchase another product of equal size or price greater than the current order value.

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay a differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount in terms of store credit.
